Wednesday lunch plans? Join Orangetheory for a 40-minute outdoor workout session on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024, at 12 PM, on the lawn at Frank Ogawa Plaza as part of #OaklandWellnessWednesdays & #OaklandWorksWednesdays! 🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️
Participants receive an Orangetheory Fitness Starter kit. The kit includes – a water bottle, a sweat towel, a pen, keychain and some free class cards for those who have never taken an OTF class before.
We’re teaming up to bring attention to our local businesses and raise awareness about Orangetheory’s new location at 2335 Valdez Street. 🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️
This FREE class is open to all, providing an opportunity to get moving and connect with the community. Let’s sweat, support our neighborhood, and embrace healthy living together! 🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️
