Diwali at Besharam

On Wed/Oct 30 through Sun/Nov 3, Chef Heena Patel and the Besharam team celebrate Diwali with a six-course family-style Chef’s Tasting Menu featuring savory and sweet offerings.

One of Heena’s favorite holidays, Diwali symbolizes a time when light triumphs over darkness, embodying hope for a peaceful future. This year, chef Heena embraces the festival by pushing herself to discover new flavors and reimagining dishes that speak to the traditions and memories she experienced during her upbringing in India.

Each of chef Heena’s dishes represent the strong, fearless women – from her mother and aunties to her sisters and daughter – who inspired her culinary journey, each one playing a vital role in shaping her path.

The dinner is $85 per person with wine pairings curated by co-owner + beverage director Paresh Patel available to complement for an additional cost ($45pp). Reservations are available on Resy from 5pm to 9pm on Wednesday/October 30 through Sunday/November 3.
