Mission Creek Music and Arts Festival returns for its fourteenth year, offering ten days of captivating performances highlighted by a free daylong outdoor concert at John McLaren Park, Saturday July 17.
The bands playing in the Jerry Garcia Amphitheatre this year are Ganglians, Fresh and Onlys, Grass Widow, Grand Lake, Brian Glaze and the Night Shift, Miranda Lee Richards, Thorny Brocky, William Winant Percussion Group, and Teri Gender Bender of Le Butcherttes will be performing poetry.
Admittance is free and open to all. Park concert attendees will also enjoy food and drinks, local arts and design booths, a drawing with giveaways and gift certificates from local businesses and magazines.
