On November 28, the Guardian will host a private reception for the winners at 111 Minna and then open the doors to the public for a free celebration with performances by Mad Noise (voted Best Band in the Guardian’s Best of the Bay Reader’s Poll for 2011 and 2012), as well as Kat Marie Yoas, dance psychic Dr. Zebrovski, a five-year anniversary party for The Garage (a 2012 Goldies winner), and DJ set by Bus Station John (a 2010 Goldies winner) for a night of performance art, dark arts, and lusty bathhouse disco.
