Children of Lucy is a Bay Area-based instrumental dance band blending Afrobeat, Latin rock, jazz, and Asian rhythmic forms into joyful, original compositions. Led by drummer and composer DrClock (A.C. Lewis), the band features percussion, sax, trombone, bass, and guitar — delivering a vibrant, high-energy set that transforms public space into a global dancefloor.

This free, all-ages show is part of the Illuminate LIVE summer concert series at the Golden Gate Park Bandshell. Bring a blanket or dancing shoes — and join us in celebrating summer with rhythm and movement!
