🧠 Rappel for Research – Watch the Action, Support Brain Health!

Join us in Union Square on Saturday, July 12 from 9AM–4PM for a thrilling day of courage, community, and impact at Rappel for Research—a one-of-a-kind event hosted by The Aneurysm and AVM Foundation (TAAF).

Watch as over 50 brave participants—including survivors, first responders, doctors, and local leaders—take on a 150-foot descent down the side of the iconic Westin St. Francis hotel. It’s all to raise awareness and drive support for brain aneurysm, AVM, and stroke research.

What to Expect

• Live rappelling from 14 stories above Union Square

• Inspiring survivor stories and special guest appearances

• Interactive booths with brain health info and community resources

• Live music and local vendors also happening with Second Saturdays’ Island Pulse Celebration presented by the Pacific Islander Cultural District

Whether you’re cheering on a friend, honoring a loved one, or just curious to see people rappel off a hotel—there’s something for everyone.
