90-Year-Old Noodle Handbook Batch 1.0 is a glimpse into the craft of noodle-making passed down through four generations of the Kong family—noodle-makers behind two of San Francisco’s oldest noodle factories, Mon Sing Noodle Co. (Est. Since 1932) and Tin Wah Noodle Co. (San Francisco Original Since 1940s). Shui Mein®, an irreplaceable homestyle noodle that originated from San Francisco Legacy Business Mon Sing Noodle Co since 1932, one of the best kept secrets in San Francisco!
We’re also celebrating Mon Sing Noodle Co.’s 93rd Anniversary and the launch of their new book, 90-Year-Old Noodle Handbook: Batch 1.0. Don’t miss this special occasion honoring nearly a century of noodle-making tradition!
