This year, join Lyrical Assembly for the first ever Blue Christmas Service. During the holiday season we often hear of peace, joy, and hope. What about those who are grieving, far from home, suffering from illness or estrangement?
We are offering up a dedicated space to gather in the midst of suffering together. We are not alone, and we have a reason to hold on to hope.
During the “Blue Christmas Service” there will be opportunities to participate offering prayers, lighting candles and singing songs that are aligned.
Advent Blue Christmas Service
Saturday, December 13, 2025 | 5-6pm
Lyrical Church, 298 San Bruno Ave, Brisbane

We will be trading the tinsel and other merriment for a night, to acknowledge the darkness in this life.

If you’ve ever felt less than merry or are missing the jollyness of the season, you are invited to come and be blue with us.
