The SF Front Runners Pride Run is a community-led event supporting outstanding local nonprofits, promoting fitness, and celebrating LGBTQ+ pride on the Saturday morning of SF Pride weekend. It features an inclusive 5K/10K run or walk and kids’ dash open to all ages, abilities, and gender identities.

  • 8:00 AM: Check in, same day registration and bag check open
  • 8:15 AM: Kid’s dash
  • 8:30 AM: Race director’s welcome, national anthem, local dignitary remarks, and group stretch
  • 9:00 AM: 5k and 10k start
  • 10:00 AM: Awards ceremony at registration tent, results posted
  • 11:00 AM: 5k and 10k close
  • 11:15 AM: Bag check closes, clean up begin
