Studio by Live Better
A meditative, slow practice designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and connect with oneself. In this class, poses will be held for a few minutes, allowing you to access the body’s deeper tissues while cultivating mindfulness and settling into stillness. Props will create support, allowing you to drop deeply and safely into these poses.
This class is suitable for all levels and will be slightly heated (75-77 degrees).
