Join us for this free cooking class with sampling. We’ll shop the Crocker Galleria Farmers’ Market for the freshest high quality ingredients, then Lesley will demonstrate how to create her delicious Corn, Cucumber, Tomato and Feta Salad.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample this tasty dish on the spot, and will take home the recipe so that they can recreate the salad at home. Lesley’s outgoing personality have made her fun cooking demos a favorite among Bay Area audiences, so don’t miss this opportunity to learn about, sample and enjoy the farm fresh flavors of summer in the Bay Area.

In a continued effort to bring healthy sustainable living tips to those who live or work in San Francisco’s financial district, Crocker Galleria has teamed up with Green Zebra to host a series of Power Hours. These quick and fun mini-seminars aim to educate the community about easy and inexpensive ideas ways to bring sustainability of everyday living. Power Hour events on a variety of topics take place from noon – 1 pm on certain Thursdays, the day of the week when the year-round Crocker Galleria Farmers’ Market takes place.
