The historic national landmark Old Mint building (1874) in SoMa is being turned into a “Haunted House of Horrors” for the first time ever.
For six nights of terror (October 26-31, 2013), The Old Mint will be frighteningly transformed with $150,000 in spooky props and decor.
Expect 25 chambers of terror, two scary mazes, over 30 soul-jarring scare-actors, three ‘movie set’ photo shoot opportunities with your favorite monsters, scare cams, a bloody-red carpet, a killer-costume fashion show, a creepy candy store, a costume shop, a blood bar and lounge, and more.
