CANCELED: SF’s “GreenFest” Traditional Irish Block Party & Afterparty | 45th Avenue

EVENT UPDATE – All events at the United Irish Cultural Center have been canceled through 3/25.

The United Irish Cultural Center of San Francisco (UICC), Java Beach and the United Irish Societies team up to throw a special Sunday block party with Irish bands and Irish dancing. There will be music, dance, food, drink, activities for kids and adults alike.

45th Avenue Green Fest Block Party
Sunday, March 15, 2020 | 11 am to 9 pm
United Irish Cultural Center – 2700 45th Avenue
FREE and open to the public

• 11 am – 4 pm: Block party with music, dancing, beer garden & kids activities
• 11 am to 9 pm: Irish Center SF opens with live music all day
• 2 pm – 5 pm: Paddy’s Dream
• 5 pm – 8:30 pm: The Highstool Prophets (Irish Ballads by a band from County Cavan)

About the United Irish Cultural Center of San Francisco: The UICC is a nonprofit organization founded to provide social, recreational, and cultural activities for its members. As the Irish “hub” of the Bay Area, they host all kinds of events (Irish or not) and are the “go-to” place for the month of March and all St. Patrick’s Day festivities. These events, especially live music, are awesome for young professionals, families, you name it. The bar is particularly fun during these events.
