Nightlife is the California Academy of Sciences Thursday night event with discounted admission and special events. Tonight is the last NightLife of 2010. Next event is January 13th

Exercise your sweet tooth and your brain with tastings and info booths from TCHO, Madecasse, The Tea Room, and Divine Chocolate.

We’ll have special foodie presentations from the following

7 pm – Truffle and Ganache Cooking Demonstration
with Christophe Kubiak, Executive Chef and Founder, La Bonne Cuisine

8 pm – The Chocolates of Madagascar (includes guided tastings)
with Madecasse
