Event Details

Come play dodgeball with Eagle Rock Yacht at their second open gym of the season on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 9-11 pm at Mission Rec Center. Have fun, meet new people, and play dodgeball for funsies, and a good cause. All skill levels are welcome.

The theme is “science.” Costume up and get your astronaut/space/mad scientist on. This week, they’re partnering with two great San Francisco education organizations, Mission Science Workshop and Breakthrough San Francisco at SF Day School.

Play for free when you bring a donation of batteries for Mission Science Workshop or school supplies (lined paper, construction paper, staples, scotch tape markers, crayons, etc.) for Breakthrough SF. Or bring $5 for the gym fee.

After the open gym, they’re headed to the sponsor bar, Buffalo Club (2331 Mission @19th) for some food and drink specials, hosted by their cruise director Ian.

Eagle Rock Yacht Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that uses dodgeball, civic service, partnerships with rec centers and our youth to promote the common good. They partner with local nonprofits to fundraise/collect donations and hold events to bring the community together. Theywant people have a good time, meet new people, and play dodgeball for funsies.

Save time by registering and filling out the waiver ahead of time.
