The San Francisco-based quintet Social Studies have come a long way since their 2010 debut. They’ve pounded the pavement (figuratively) and toured with such bands as Wye Oak, Lotus Plaza, and Thee Oh Sees (literally). Their new album has refined their sound, focusing on themes like life, love and pain. Whoa, a rock band singing about love? There’s a new one!
They will be performing alongside Cool Ghouls, Sugar Candy Mountain, and Tiaras. It’s a full lineup folks, so bring your autograph books. Just kidding, nobody uses those!
