Meet James Beard Award-winning chef, TV host and author Martin Yan for an exciting demonstration in Chinese cooking. Watch Martin cook up one of his favorite dishes from his famed restaurant M.Y. China, and be amazed by his knife skills.

Following the demo, take a selfie with Martin as he signs his all-purpose kitchen knives and fabulous cookbook, Martin Yan’s China, available for sale at the event.
