Come down to a 2:45 pm performance at Cupid’s Span in the Embarcadero and a 3:45 pm performance at the median in front of the Ferry Plaza Clock Tower, and see your friends flash mob Justin Bieber’s Sorry and Beyoncé’s Formation.
