Sample a variety of cheeses provided by local and sustainable farms. Wine pairing by local sommelier Alex Casella, who also showcases his personal palate in the first vintage of JAC ONE Napa Valley Cabernet. Talk by Rainbow Grocery’s Gordon Edgar on becoming a cheesemonger, followed by a book signing of Cheesemonger: A Life on the Wedge. Music by Janky Barge DJ collective and KMEL’s DJ Mind Motion.

• Tickets are $12 ($10 for Academy members). Last entry is 9:00 pm.
