Opera at the Ballpark: “Carmen”
Going to see Carmen at the War Memorial Opera House costs, oh, upwards of $200 for good seats. But, thanks to the Opera at the Ballpark program, you can watch a live simulcast of the very same opera on the giant HD screens in the ballpark from any seat in AT&T Park totally free with 30,000 of your closest opera fan friends.
The live simulcast will be transmitted from the War Memorial Opera House to AT&T Park’s 103-feet wide high definition video board.

Opera Length:
The simulcast will last approximately 2 hours, 45 minutes, including one intermission, during which you can stretch, roam the ballpark, chat with friends or fellow fans or enjoy ballpark hot dogs and garlic fries.
Field Seating:
Field seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis; guests must enter either through the Marina Gate or the 2nd and King Employee Entrances to receive a wristband to access field seating.
