2nd Annual Bed Races | San Mateo

Watch teams of crazy bed racers jump on top of the sheets and head for the finish line as part of the “Bed Race for Life.” Although it costs a $300 donation to enter (proceeds go to charity) it’s free to watch for spectators and is bound to be a hoot.

Teams will compete for speed and style with four strong and swift pushers to move the bed sitter to the finish line.

Prizes will be awarded for a multitude of categories including the “Broken Spring Award” to the team which best exemplifies, “what were they thinking???”

Want to Race?
>> Funcheap has a few comp spots for teams and single racers to participate.
Sign up by Friday, October 7th.

1. Any group of 5 to form their own team.
2. Groups of 4 to push the four Hooters teams (seriously, there’s Hooters girls on these beds and you can push them!)
3. Individuals who will allow us to pair them with others to form full teams.
