Liz Ozanich of McCormick & Kuletos

Join McCormick & Kuletos’ Executive Chef, Liz Ozanich at 11 am for a cooking demonstration featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.  She is followed at 11:45 by Sherri Brooks Vinton, Author of Put ’em Up!: A Comprehensive Home Preserving Guide for the Creative Cook, from Drying and Freezing to Canning and Pickling for a cooking demonstration.

These free to the public events take place in the CUESA kitchen under the North arcade of the Ferry Building.  Complimentary recipes and samples.
