Historic Bus Exhibit & Ride-Along Tour to SF | San Leandro

Enjoyed Muni’s Heritage Weekend? Then join NorCal Bus Fans on their 10th anniversary excursion as they travel from the East Bay to and through San Francisco on January 28, 2017.

NorCal Bus Fans is a group of private bus owners; they will exhibit their personal buses and give you the chance to take a ride in one as you make your way through the bay.

Historic buses on the excursion may include:

• 2 ex-Muni GMC New Look “Fishbowl” buses, one painted in the Red, White, and Blue livery, the other painted in its original livery.
• 1 ex-AC Transit GMC New Look “Fishbowl” bus, painted in its original livery
• 1 ex-Golden Gate Transit Flxible Metro, painted in its original livery
• 1 ex-Golden Gate Transit TMC RTS, painted in its original livery
• 1 ex-AC Transit New Flyer D40, painted in its original livery
• 1 ex-SamTrans Gillig Phantom, painted in its original livery

While predominately comprised of transit professionals (planners, engineers, supervisors, operators) and enthusiasts, all are welcome.
