Event Details

Local runners invited to join event and learn about what it takes to become a marathon runner inside prison, and the film currently in production that is documenting the journey.

The event will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017, starting at 7:00pm, and will feature veteran competitive marathoners who are volunteer coaches of San Quentin’s Running Club leading the run.

A run led by the volunteer coaches of San Quentin’s Running Club to raise funds for the documentary San Quentin Marathon. The run will be followed by a video screening of the film’s trailer and a Q&A, with complimentary refreshments.

Free but an RSVP is required.
