Event Details

This is the story of Jan Tiura, San Francisco Bay’s first Female Tugboat Captain and her unique photos depicting artistic decay on ship hulls.

Captain Tiura’s striking photos are only possible because of her tug’s physical proximity to these ships.

Dickerman Prints Gallery will host a public opening reception for HULLS: The Art of Decay in San Francisco Bay. The exhibition will be open on weekdays through December 11, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
