Special Topic: Fit Your Business Plan for Q1 2018 on a 3×5 Card
In addition to our regular roundtable there will be a 15 minute exercise to map out key goals and experiments for 2018 on a 3×5 card. We ask that you bring a pen: we will supply the 3×5 cards.
Putting your 60 day business plan on a 3×5 index card as a way of maintaining focus. Outline one key problem you are trying to solve, who your customer is, and what success looks like in 30 and 60 days.
At a Bootstrappers Breakfast(R) we have serious conversations about growing a business based on internal cashflow and organic profit: this is for founders who are actively bootstrapping a startup.
