Matt Johanson will discuss his book Yosemite Epics: Tales of Adventure from America’s Greatest Playground.  The book features tales of harrowing experiences and close calls from well-known outdoor figures including Royal Robbins, John Bachur, Hans Florine and many others.

Matt Johanson writes stories about the outdoors, sports, travel and opinion for California newspapers and magazines. Matt enjoys climbing, skiing and backpacking in the Sierra Nevada mountains. He’s authored three books including “Yosemite Epics” and “Game of My Life: San Francisco Giants.”
