Free Yoga in the Park | Alamo Square

Come participate in a weekly free Yoga class in support of the Purusha Seva Project, a non-profit organization based in San Francisco that offers yoga, life skills, mindful eating and holistic health education to at-risk and underserved populations.

Please bring a mat, blanket, friend, child, and even your doggie. Donations are welcomed.
