According to Lytle, the photo is not a stock image, but was taken between 7-7:15pm on Friday, May 15th

“Howell’s,” a Marina wine bar which sells charcuterie and cheese boards to go, appeared to attract one of the largest crowds along with Cultivar next door. David Lytle reports that SFPD responded to the scene. According to NBC Bay Area police parked along Chestnut Street to make sure another crowd didn’t form.
