SF’s Own Huge “Black Lives Matter” Street Mural

After similar projects in Washington D.C. and Oakland, San Francisco now has its own Black Lives Matter street mural.

The words “Black Lives Matter”, painted in bright yellow block lettering, stretch out over three city blocks in S.F. on Fulton Street, between Webster and Octavia with a direct view of City Hall.

About 100 kids and adults volunteers helped out organizers from the African American Arts & Culture Complex came together to paint San Francisco’s first Black Lives Matter street painting.  Read more on KQED
