Event Details

Learn how to handle yourself in an assault. Empower yourself and your community to prepare for hate-motivated violence or other physical attack. Come to a free 90-minute, no non-sense (but still fierce) training session in June. You will learn and practice the most effective strategies and maneuvers to use that could save your skin one day.

You will also get a full work-out as this training naturally includes a lot of repetition. All fitness levels are welcome; you go at your own pace. Lead by experts in self-defense, the training is highly interactive. You’ll have a chance to meet and practice with others in small groups.
