Want to get a taste for The Good Life in-person? Join us at our free health fair! Experience our wide variety of exercise classes from cardio/strength to pilates to dance, taught by top-tier instructors. Whip up a quick and tasty vegetarian creation with our free cooking class while you learn a new cuisine style and technique. Try out your green thumb with our plant workshop. Listen to informative speakers on topics of women’s health, healing Black men, and much more!
In addition to classes, enjoy live music, food trucks, free health screenings, free barbershop haircuts, a children’s corner, and more!
