San Francisco Giants 2024 FanFest Tour (Sacramento / San Jose / Napa)
KNBR’s 29th Giants FanFest takes place at Oracle Park in San Francisco on Saturday, March 9, 2024. For the first time, this event will take place during Spring Training while the team is in Arizona, so although there will be no active players at this event, it should still be filled with Giants alumni.
There is also a FanFest “tour” in January and early February 2024 with mini FanFests in Sacramento, San Jose and Napa.
The day typically includes live KNBR broadcasts on the field, free former-player autographs, places to take photos, walk on the field (weather permitting), self-guided tours, a kids zone and more.
Expect a chance to roam the field, plus a chance to take photos with the World Series trophies.
2024 Updates:
The Giants & KNBR FanFest Tour is a new, reimagined experience for Giants fans that transforms the traditional one-day San Francisco-based event into an expanded series across Northern California. Current and former Giants players, coaches, broadcasters and Lou Seal will caravan to meet fans in their local communities – including Sacramento, San Jose and Napa – to sign autographs, participate in Q&A sessions, distribute merchandise and more.
The tour will conclude with an Open House at Oracle Park on Saturday, March 9, 2024 – providing fans with access to often restricted ballpark locations, including the field, clubhouse, broadcast booth and dugout. Meet-and-greets and autograph opportunities with Giants alumni and Lou Seal and photo opportunities with the trophies will also be available. The Giants Spring Training game in Scottsdale will be broadcast on the scoreboard during the event. Fans in San Francisco will be able to interact with players in Scottsdale, using new technology.
