Join us for a dynamic and inclusive event celebrating the fusion of creativity and mental health healing! Our program features a diverse array of talents, including artists, dancers, comedians, martial artists, mental health experts, and more!

This event will explore how dancers of different forms balance performing and their mental well-being. We will take a deep dive into getting to know our dancers, and their process of training, performing, and their journey to where they are now.. But that’s not all! We’re honored to have representatives from Kaiser Permanente organization joining us, underscoring the importance of holistic health.

Your questions are important to us, and we will be hosting a Q&A session featuring both of our showcased creatives. Along with the Q&A, we will be have a showcase performance of our creatives, and a chance for the audience to participate in learning some dances as well.
