Event Details

The San Mateo County History Museum will present its Fourth Annual Happy San Mateo County Day on May 4th from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. in celebration of the county’s 168th birthday.

The theme for this year’s party is the 1940s. Craft activities from the era will be part of the fun during the free event at the History Museum, which is located at 2200 Broadway, in Redwood City.

Attendees will receive a copy of the new children’s activity book, Discover San Mateo County in the 1940s. It will include coloring sheets, mazes, crosswords and word finds exploring what was new and popular during the decade.
