Barry’s is the original strength and cardio interval fitness experience that provides a dynamic, high-intensity workout that’s as effective as it is fun. Our outdoor pop-up will encompass a bodyweight and resistance band workout to give you a taste of what to expect from the Red Room!

HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT

-Get a taste of what to expect in the studio.

-Barry’s full-body workout includes a mix of cardio, bodyweight exercises, and resistance bands.

-Recover after at the Juice Bar with Pressed Juice.

– First-time Barry’s participants receive 1 complimentary class and all participants receive a special neighborhood highly discounted class package!

–Attendance is free but RSVP is required. Spots are limited!
