Pride Summer Well-Being Fair (SF LGBT Fair)

We bring you a new way to honor yourself and our Pride season – The Pride Summer SF Well-being Fair on June 22nd! Welcome our seasonal event which for June, will give all focus to our LGBTQ+ community and allies. This event may be the perfect compliment or even counterpoint to the typical events and festivities during Pride.

What to expect? You’ll be welcomed into the SF LGBT Center by the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, then officially welcomed by Honey Mahogany – recently appointed as our city director of the San Francisco Office of Transgender Initiatives.  Marc Morozumi of Mukunda Studio, Andrea Stern of TendWell Collective and Nick Ward with Queer & Well at the SF LGBT Center will be your team of hosts.

You’ll have the opportunity to join a body affirming Yoga practice, accessible meditation, music therapy, community discussions, design coloring pages, enjoy vegan/vegetarian snacks, discover Neurasonic and more! Group classes, 1:1 sessions, community bonding and time to just chill await you!

We love creating an engaging environment where individuals can explore various aspects of wellness, from physical health to mental and spiritual growth. We will highlight 18 LGBTQ+ practitioners who are teachers, coaches, therapists, artists and more to come together, share their wisdom and practices.

Less wellness marketplace, more informational, experiential and resourceful ways to inspire one another towards a holistic approach to being well in a dynamic world of joys and sorrows. We are committed to supporting and connecting with our fellow BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities to create greater presence, awareness, and access to wellness opportunities for our unique well-being.

We will offer a LIVESTREAM option to some segments. With either option, you’ll continue to establish connections with new friends and local practitioners. Experience numerous and creative ways to attend to your well-being: Yoga, meditation, discussions, art-making, music therapy, chair massage and more!
