About Conard House
Conard House is a nonprofit organization in San Francisco that provides comprehensive support services for adults at risk of homelessness and living with mental health conditions. Founded on the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation, Conard House operates 700 supportive housing communities that empower residents to build stable, independent lives through various programs, including mental health counseling, job training, health navigation, and financial management. With a compassionate network of therapists, case managers, and peer support staff, Conard House fosters long-term recovery, well-being, and a sense of community and belonging.
