Event Details

The San Mateo County History Museum Continues its “FREE First Fridays” Program on November 1, 2024.

Not only is admission free the entire day (10 a.m. until 4 p.m.), but two programs are planned for the public without any fees. At 11 a.m., preschoolers can join Museum staff and learn about Ohlone traditions in celebration of Native American Heritage Month. They will make their own stick games to take home. Then, Museum staff will conduct a reading within its Nature’s Bounty exhibit. There the youngsters will hear the story, Coyote at the Big Time. At 2 p.m., Museum docents will lead tours of the museum for adults.

The “FREE First Fridays” program is sponsored by Monterra Credit Union. For more information contact www.historysmc.org or 650-299-0104.
