Award-winning authors Gene Luen Yang and LeUyen Pham discuss their recently released graphic novel, Lunar New Year Love Story. Coinciding around Valentine’s Day and Lunar New Year, this heartwarming romantic comedy drama of cross-cultural and multi-generational dimensions revolves around themes of fate, family, grief, loss and love while blending elements of lion dancing wrapped in magical realism.
A Q&A session, drawing demonstration, and a book signing follow the presentation. Attendees will receive a complimentary copy of Lunar New Year Love Story while supplies last.
