Join Us for an Evening with Sam Bilbro of Idlewild Wines

Fiorella Polk is thrilled to welcome Sam Bilbro, winemaker and owner of Idlewild Wines, for a special evening of wine, food, and conversation. On May 19th, Sam will be on-site all evening to pour selections from his acclaimed portfolio, offer expert pairing suggestions, and mingle with guests throughout the night.

Dinner runs from 5–9 PM, featuring curated pairings guests can choose from, including:

• Farro Primavera with Favorita, Las Cimas
• Zuckerman’s Asparagus Pie with Arneis, Lost Hills Ranch
• Citrus & Stracciatella Salad with Flora & Fauna Rosé
• Salsiccia Pie with Flora & Fauna Red Blend
• Radiatore Alla Vodka Diavolo with Barbera, Lost Hills Ranch
