Get ready to break out the confetti and let your love shine, folks!

San Francisco City Hall is throwing the wedding shindig of the year, smack dab in the middle of the Pride festivities! In a salute to the City’s vibrant LGBTQ+ history and culture, City Administrator and the County Clerk’s Office are throwing open the City Hall doors for all the lovebirds ready to make it official.

The grand event is scheduled for Friday, June 26, 2026 – just ahead of the iconic San Francisco Pride Parade. You heard it right, people! You can say ‘I do’ surrounded by the grandeur of City Hall, wrapped in the spirit of Pride.

In past years, City Hall (specifically, North Light Court) has been decked out with Pride-themed backdrops, a photo booth and decorations to aid in the celebrations of couples tying the knot. Plus, the souvenir marriage licenses have had a special Pride touch – imagine that keepsake hanging on your wall!
