Join our vibrant community on Sunday, Aug 17, at 10 am for a music-infused outdoor Vinyasa experience. Set against the iconic bay views of Marina Green, this class blends mindful movement, breath, and beats through our Silent Disco headsets.
This 1-hour all-levels class is a moving meditation designed to ground your body, clear your mind, and uplift your spirit. You’ll hear every cue and every beat while letting go of the noise of the world — just you, your breath, and the rhythm of the bay.
Class meets at Marina Green Park Triangle, located at Marina Blvd & Webster. (Class is not held at the Yoga Flow Studio.)
