Food x Music! Savoring the Score is an immersive event series that combines a seasonal tasting menu with a classical recital. Blending a curated concert program and a plant-centric menu, each piece is paired with an original dish that translates musical elements into flavors, textures, and sensory narratives. Unlike a traditional concert or tasting menu, the experience is interactive: guests are invited to react to the music, engage with their food, add finishing touches, and “shape their own journey.” The theme of this edition explores love in its many dimensions, from longing and passion to grief and nostalgia. The event includes also a complimentary arts zine that weaves together program notes, sensory reflections, and the creative stories behind each pairing. More info on herbanomnivore.com 
What began as a small, student-led experiment has grown into a community-centered project celebrating creativity, sustainability, and interdisciplinary storytelling. We’d love to share this upcoming edition with you!
