What you’ll experience:

90 minutes combining anatomical education, applied science, and gentle guided movement practice. You’ll learn to locate, release, and activate your psoas through breath, micro-movements, and somatic cueing.

You’ll leave with a felt sense of your psoas (the foundation of true core intelligence), practical techniques for pain relief and mobility, and an understanding of the 3 P’s framework that transforms movement from fitness into a wellness and longevity practice.
