In preparation for San Francisco’s Annual Carnaval in the Mission District, Fogo Na Roupa Grupo Carnavalesco will be practicing with their intergenerational contingent on Sunday, May 10h and Sunday, May 17 in the Presidio.

Come see the reigning Grand Champions of Carnaval SF and hear the blazing sounds of the “Bateria” – the drum ensemble consisting of traditional Brazilian parade drums – and enjoy being mesmerized by the movements of the dancers who’ll showcase their new choreographies.
