Die Antwoord is a South African rap-rave group featuring Ninja, Yo-Landi Vi$$er, and DJ Hi-Tek. Die Antwoord, which means “The Answer” in Afrikaans, was created in 2009 and became an internet phenomenon with their video for “Enter the Ninja.” They combine Afrikaans, English, and Zef (an Afrikaans slang term that roughly means a mix of modern, trashy, and common that can be applied beyond music).
