Veggielution Celebration: Haywagon Rides & Farm Tours | SF

Community Appreciation Day on Saturday, February 1, 2014 is a chance to celebrate all the work that Veggielution Community Farm has accomplished together.

Join the staff for tours of the farm, hay wagon rides and more. It’s also a chance to honor volunteers and others who have contributed to Veggielution over the past year, as well as collect valuable input from our farm community.

Veggielution Appreciation Day Schedule:

• 10 am to 12:30 pm: Saturday Workday will proceed as usual
• 10-11 am: Take a ride on the haywagon or get a tour from farm staff
• 11 am to 12:30 pm: Farm Report and Community Input Meeting: Listen to a report from staff and provide feedback on their direction and goals for 2014.
• 12:30-2 pm: Volunteer Lunch Potluck and Appreciations for Special Volunteers: This will be a potluck as usual, so bring something to share if you can. The staff will be cooking up some of their favorite dishes as well. They will be honoring a few special volunteers too.
