Signal Flow, the annual festival of new works by Mills graduate students, is an opportunity to see the future of music and sound in the making.

2020 Signal Flow Music Festival
March 5-7, 2020 | 8 pm
Littlefield Concert Hall, Mills College, 5000 MacArthur Blvd, Oakland
FREE and open to the public

All students graduating from the music program the year of the festival present their thesis pieces at various venues around the campus.

Signal Flow pieces may be theses in composition, electronic music or improvisation and can take many different forms: installations, solo improvisations, chamber pieces and more.

In 2020, 12 students will present their pieces during March 5th-7th at various venues around the Mills campus.

The festival was formed in 2007 to create a memorable event around graduating students‘ pieces which are a culmination of months of hard work, practice and research during their time at Mills College.
