In the olden days, a temperance movement was social movement against the consumption of alcoholic beverages… sounds awful right? Thankfully, today The Temperance Movement is a soul rocking bluesy five man band created in North London and have played with many of the greats including Deep Purple, Jamiroquai, The Waterboys, James Brown, Jack Bruce, and many more. See them rocking mikes and breaking hearts at Slim’s San Francisco.
